Download the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP)
The RoATP is a list of organisations that are eligible to receive government funding to train apprentices.
What do the terms in the register mean?
This is the training provider's UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN). It is given to them by the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP).
This is the organisation's legal name. We also list trading names for sole traders and partnerships. We source organisation names displayed in the apprenticeship service from UKRLP.
Providers choose the application route that is relevant to them.
Parent company guarantee
If this field says 'TRUE', then the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) have awarded this training provider with a 'pass' for their financial health outcome as they have submitted a parent company guarantee.
New organisation without financial track record
If this field says 'TRUE', then the training provider has not been trading for long enough to provide a complete set of financial statements. In this case, the ESFA give a financial health judgement based on management accounts and forecasts.
This is the date that ESFA added the organisation to the RoATP.
